Brown some garlic, pine nuts and golden raisins together on the stove.
Chop the collards into strips about 1/3 of an inch thick and as long as you want.
Coat the greens with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Wilt the greens into the pan with the garlic, nuts and raisins. Heat until the collards are wilted and turn a bright green.
Serve.
